Three notes of one dollar all dated 1935 Silver Certificates with Yellow and Blue seals. These notes are heavily circulated and are still legal tender in the United States. However, despite what was printed on the notes, these notes are not redeemable for silver dollars, since 1964.

Footnote➽: In 1963, Congress abolished the redemption of the Silver Certificate when
the price of silver was worth more than a US dollar an ounce. In March 1964,
the US Treasury Department halted all redemption of Silver Certificates
for Silver Dollars.
